About TrustBooks 360

We build for the businesses we already serve.

TrustBooks 360 grew out of practice. Before it was software, it was a room full of accountants, auditors and tax practitioners doing the work by hand for microfinance institutions, contractors, manufacturers and service firms across Ghana — and running out of tools that fit.

So we built them. Every product we ship started as a job someone on our team was doing manually: a susu collection sheet that had to reconcile at close, an audit file that had to survive a regulator, a payroll run that had to get PAYE and SSNIT right the first time. That is why our software knows what a maker–checker approval is, why it posts to the ledger the moment a transaction happens, and why the returns come out in the shape the GRA expects.

We are a Ghanaian company. Our support answers the phone. Our team sets you up, migrates your history and trains your people — and then stays.

How we build

Four rules we do not bend.

The ledger is not optional

Operational modules are convenient. A correct double-entry ledger underneath them is what makes the software worth trusting. We never ship the first without the second.

Controls before features

Approvals, roles, segregation of duties and an audit trail come first. A feature that cannot be governed is a liability, however well it demos.

Local by default

PAYE bands, SSNIT tiers, VAT and its levies, WHT certificates, MoMo accounts, susu collections. Not a configuration exercise — the way the software ships.

We stay after go-live

Implementation is not a handover. We migrate your history, train your people, and are still reachable at your first year end.
